Sand & Gravel Operation
Project Highlights
Our customer's business was booming, so a major upgrade was needed to their Sand and Gravel operation in Michigan. The goal was to be able to serve their other company's needs for construction aggregate material at the right spec and at an increased volume. TCI helped to design this Sand & Gravel operation and to incorporate other high quality equipment to get the job done. This project features TCI screen structures, conveyors, chute work and radial stackers.
Dump Hopper, Screen Structure and Conveyors
Project Highlights
Material at this TN limestone quarry is delivered from their primary across the road. Dump trucks feed the heavy-duty 60-Ton hopper which is consistently fed to the plant via a TCI Vibratory Feeder. This helps the incline screen perform well and produce multiple options for saleable products to be produced in easily accessible stockpiles. Robust, simple and efficient operation!

TCI 2000' Tripper Conveyors
Project Highlights
Our Wisconsin customer needed a better way to load railroad ballast material into their customer's rail cars. They now have a whopping 330,000 tons of storage available. With this Tripper Conveyor system, they are now able to load their customers' unit trains in less time and they're using less labor and fuel to do it!

TCI Primary Dump Hopper, Conveyor System and Dual Screen Structure
Project Highlights
Our complete design includes a 60-Ton primary dump hopper that splits the feed to two 6x20 triple deck horizontal screens. The oversize product is recirculated back to the crusher until our customer's desired product specifications are hit. The goal of this project is to help our customer produce enough material themselves to be able to feed their wet plant and meet their production goals.
