Walnut, Illinois — TCI Manufacturing is proud to announce the addition of Marc Buxman to our team as Regional Sales Director. Marc brings a wealth of experience and expertise to TCI, further strengthening our commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions in our Central US Region.

Marc joins TCI Manufacturing after a successful 14-year career with Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri. During his time there, Marc gained extensive experience in equipment support and customer service. He began his career as a Field Service Technician, working for over seven years in equipment diagnostics and repairs, before advancing to the role of Aggregate Equipment Product Specialist. He focused on providing crushing and screening solutions to the aggregate and recycling industry in Kansas and Missouri.

We are excited to have him on board to drive sales efforts in key markets and deliver high-quality solutions for our customers.”

As Regional Sales Director, Marc will lead sales operations across Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. His deep understanding of customer needs and technical expertise will drive sales growth by delivering tailored solutions that maximize productivity and profitability for our clients. Marc’s strategic approach emphasizes building long-term relationships and providing tailored equipment solutions designed to meet each customer’s operational needs. His determination will be instrumental in expanding TCI’s market presence and delivering impactful results for the aggregate industry.

Marc’s sales initiatives will be further supported by TCI’s new manufacturing facility in Pryor, Oklahoma, and our product support team, strengthening our capacity to serve customers across the region.

Marc lives in Olathe, KS, with his wife Krystin and their three children.
