Founded in a small shop in Walnut, Illinois, TCI Manufacturing began with a vision to provide high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of the aggregate industry. Through collaboration with customers, TCI has grown into a leader, offering conveyors, high-frequency screens, and custom-engineered structures built on service and expertise.

Expanding Facilities to Meet Growing Demand

TCI’s growth is reflected in its facilities and workforce. The Walnut headquarters has expanded multiple times, with the latest in 2023, and a new Pryor, Oklahoma facility opened in 2024 to better serve customer’s demands. These expansions have been accompanied by increased staffing to better support customers. The company also established a dedicated Product Support Center in Walnut, which included completely remodeling an existing building in downtown Walnut. This center is used to host our product support teams to ensure maximum uptime for our customers.
