TCI Manufacturing Announces Grand Opening of Expanded Facility in Walnut, Illinois

Walnut, IL — TCI Manufacturing is proud to announce the completion and grand opening of its latest expansion project at the company’s headquarters in Walnut, Illinois. The new 30,000-square-foot addition enhances TCI’s production capabilities, continuing the company’s tradition of innovation and excellence in equipment manufacturing for the aggregate industry.
The expansion includes state-of-the-art features, such as six 20-ton overhead cranes, designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency in handling heavy equipment. With increased height and an extended length that now spans over 600 feet, the new facility provides the necessary space and advanced infrastructure to meet the growing demand for TCI’s custom bulk material handling solutions.
This addition builds on the success of TCI Manufacturing’s 2019 expansion and reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to investing in technology, facilities, and talent to better serve its clients. The additional space will support increased production capacity, enable the development of larger equipment, and position TCI to continue delivering top-tier solutions for customers across various industries.
