Primary Hopper & Custom Conveyors
Project Highlights
We partnered with some great folks in Milwaukee on this one!. They needed to be able to transport their 9" minus limestone 1 mile away to get to their processing plant. The most efficient, safe and cost effective way was a custom-designed primary dump hopper and conveyor system. The 150-ton hopper and primary crusher connects with the long and robust conveyor system which takes the material out of the pit, under an overpass, and over the top of their existing quarry to deposit a consistent surge of material for the plant to process.

Portable Dual 6x20 Screening Plant
Project Highlights
This BEAST of a screening plant boasts two 6x20 TD horizontal screens, four axle suspension, eight hydraulic lifting legs, and NINE product conveyors. Eight of the product conveyors are reversible, so our customer can get the right blend of material to the right place. This plant also includes remote grease lines with a Lincoln Auto-Lube system for simpler maintenance and an electrical panel controls the entire plant . Our customer got the ball rolling with some great ideas and TCI completed the job with top quality design and custom fabrication.

Barge-Loading Conveyor
Project Highlights
The best way to load barges is safely, efficiently and quickly! This custom-built 72"x343' barge-loading conveyor checks each of these boxes with flying colors. This conveyor includes: a full length and wrap-around walkway, 35-Ton drive over hopper, 12'x14' control room, and accommodating heavy duty structure.

TCI Fine Material Washers (Sand Screws)
Project Highlights
TCI Sand Screws are designed to wash, dewater, and classify material. The TCI models include high-efficiency a v-belt drive assembly, adjustable overflow weirs for tight specs, and durable wear parts including AR inner wear liners and bolt-on urethane wear shoes to increase longevity and reduce operating costs.
