At a busy Tennessee limestone quarry, the challenge of transporting material from the primary site, which was located across a road, required a sophisticated and reliable solution. The Challenge

The quarry’s primary site was separated from the main processing plant by a road, making direct transport of material a logistical issue. The customer needed a system that could reliably move heavy loads from this location and feed the material into the plant without causing delays or interruptions. This required not just a heavy-duty setup but one capable of maintaining a smooth and continuous flow of material to the plant’s incline screen. It was essential that the solution could handle the high demands of the quarry’s operations, including the processing of multiple saleable products with different specifications.

  • TCI Vibratory Feeder: This feeder provides a steady stream of material to the incline screen, maximizing screen performance and ensuring the production of high-quality products.
  • Streamlined Stockpiling: The system was designed to create easily accessible stockpiles of various saleable products, optimizing the entire operation.
